Terms and digital license
Educational resources
The Academy sells English-language educational PDF guides and the editable files listed on each product page. These are digital downloads, not live coaching or a subscription. Exercises and fictional examples support planning and learning. They do not guarantee sales, profit, search rankings or other business outcomes. Check current costs, platform rules and your circumstances before acting.
Digital license
After a valid purchase, you may download, keep and adapt the purchased files for your own personal or business use, including original customer-facing copy and completed business documents. You may share completed working documents with your team, collaborators or clients. You may not publicly redistribute, resell or sublicense the original Academy files or substantially unchanged templates, or claim them as your own original product. Third-party names and platforms remain the property of their owners.
Prices and product fit
Prices are in US dollars and shown before payment. Kits are one-time purchases. Review the contents, preview, language and software requirements before paying. A compatible PDF reader, document editor or spreadsheet application is required for the relevant file format. Compatibility features can differ between applications. Any additional charge collected at checkout must be shown before approval. The US$49 launch system includes the two smaller kits and additional launch materials; it is not a discount on the two smaller kits. Existing purchases are not automatically credited towards another kit.
Immediate digital delivery and consent
Before checkout, you must actively accept these terms and request immediate digital delivery. Where applicable law allows, you acknowledge that a change-of-mind cancellation right can end once digital delivery begins, provided all legal conditions for that exception have been met. Your recorded consent does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Where a mandatory cancellation right remains, it takes precedence over our commercial policy.
Payment verification and access
PayPal handles payment on its secure website. The Academy does not store card numbers or bank credentials. Returning from PayPal does not by itself prove payment. The Academy verifies a completed payment before providing a private ZIP link on the confirmation page. The confirmation page provides a purchase record that can be saved. Download links normally last seven days; this is an access-link lifetime, not a subscription or a requirement to delete legitimately purchased files. Keep your files, confirmation link and payment receipt. Provide an accurate purchase email before checkout. We use it to send transactional access and recovery messages through Resend when the sending service is available; this does not subscribe you to marketing. A delivery email has a private, single-claim access link valid for seven days. Email delivery and inbox placement are not guaranteed; the on-site confirmation remains available if email is delayed or filtered. No Academy account or password is required.
Change of mind after digital delivery
Because downloaded files can be retained, we do not offer discretionary refunds simply for a change of mind after digital delivery begins, where this restriction is legally permitted. A preview is available before purchase. This commercial policy does not override mandatory cancellation rights, statutory remedies, unauthorized-payment protections or the payment provider's dispute process. A download record alone does not remove those rights.
Failed delivery and purchase problems
Contact the Academy about inaccessible or corrupted files, missing listed contents, duplicate charges, or a product that materially differs from its description. We will verify the purchase and investigate. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the remedy may be restored access, corrected files, a replacement or a refund. We do not require you to waive mandatory rights as a condition of assistance. Do not pay again while the status of an earlier payment is uncertain.
Recovery and support
For eligible purchases with a recorded purchase email, use https://the-hustlersacademy.com/recover/ to request a private access link. It is sent only to the email attached to a paid, non-revoked order, expires in two hours and can be claimed once. Merely knowing or entering an email or order reference does not authorize access. Recovery requests are limited for abuse prevention. Keep all access links private. For older purchases without a recorded email, an incorrect purchase email, or other problems, use https://the-hustlersacademy.com/contact/ and include your Academy order reference and relevant PayPal transaction reference. The owner must independently verify purchase ownership before restoring access or changing the delivery email. Never send card numbers, account passwords or security codes. The noreply sender is not a monitored support inbox. Support requests are saved for owner review; an instant reply is not promised.
Refunds and access revocation
If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, access may be suspended while the status is checked. A refund or reversal may end the purchased license to the extent permitted by law. You must not redistribute Academy files in any event. Previously downloaded files cannot technically be recalled. Payment disputes are handled under the provider's rules and applicable law; these terms do not prohibit a lawful complaint.
Security and acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, share private access links publicly, bypass payment verification, guess other customers' credentials, or attempt to access private files or personal data without authorization. We keep limited payment, consent, security and delivery records to operate the service and investigate purchase issues. See https://the-hustlersacademy.com/privacy/ for details.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Rules can depend on the buyer's country, the seller's jurisdiction and the transaction. Where a mandatory rule conflicts with these terms, that rule prevails. The policy is not a representation that every digital purchase is non-refundable in every country.
