INSIDE THE WORKBOOK

  1. 01

    1. Set up a launch you can afford to learn from

A launch is a bounded release and learning cycle, not a guaranteed income event. Decide what you can spend, what you will ship, and what evidence will guide the next cycle. The smallest responsible launch has a useful product, an accurate page, a working payment and delivery path, a way to resolve problems, and a record of what happened.

  2. 02

    2. Days 1–4: find the job and test the scope

Day 1 — Define the job. Use the Offer Validation Workbook's skill inventory and job statement. Choose a buyer you can reach and a finish line the product can help produce. Create the launch brief. End the session with one sentence that names buyer, task, and deliverable; keep a separate list of untested assumptions.

  3. 03

    3. Days 5–7: make the product usable and delivery dependable

Day 5 — Produce the core sequence. Draft instructions in the order a buyer will use them. Give each chapter or worksheet an action and an output. Include a worked example labeled fictional, prerequisites, and a troubleshooting note. Remove filler that does not help the job. A first version needs coherent completion, not every possible feature.

  4. 04

    4. Days 8–10: publish the decision path and useful content

Day 8 — Write the offer page. Use the copy kit's landing-page structure. Show exact contents, a genuine sample, price, fit, prerequisites, delivery, and support. Add only evidence you actually have. If the product is new, product demonstrations and sample pages are honest ways to show its nature without pretending to have customer outcomes.

  5. 05

    5. Days 11–14: launch, observe, and decide

Day 11 — Open the release. Confirm the real price and final file version, publish the accurate offer, and share the planned permitted promotion. Recheck checkout and delivery after publishing. Keep your first monitoring session close to release so a broken flow is corrected quickly.

  6. 06

    6. Unit economics and pricing tests you can read

Use actual fees and settled orders where possible. Gross product revenue = paid orders × unit price, adjusted for actual discounts. Net product revenue = gross product revenue − refunds and credits. Contribution before acquisition = net product revenue − payment/platform fees − variable delivery costs. Contribution after acquisition = contribution before acquisition − attributed promotion spend. Fixed costs, taxes, and working time remain separate; none of these figures alone is total business profit.

  7. 07

    7. Make the next version more useful

Treat support questions as product observations. Group them by missing instruction, misleading description, technical delivery, tool incompatibility, and out-of-scope request. Fix repeated completion barriers first. New features should earn their place by helping the buyer's job, not by making the download look larger.

  8. 08

    8. Your repeatable launch operating sheet

Weekly review sheet: offer/version; buyer/task; qualified exposures by channel; orders; gross product revenue; refunds/credits; actual fees; variable delivery costs; attributed promotion spend; contribution before/after acquisition; fixed tool costs; owner hours; support issues; completion observations; evidence limitations; next experiment; owner and date.

SEE THE WORK, NOT AN EARNINGS CLAIM

A completed first four days of a bounded launch

Fictional teaching example. This is not a testimonial or a forecast.

Fictional teaching case. Day 1: Jordan chooses first-time solo podcast hosts preparing a booked interview. Day 2: he logs five observations and three current alternatives. Day 3: he asks two suitable hosts about their latest preparation process. Day 4: he shows one original guest-research sheet and records where a reader needs help.

He keeps the output narrow: an interview outline and repeatable research routine. He leaves equipment, guest booking, and audience growth outside the product. If a reader cannot use the sheet, he revises it before opening checkout.

The working output: A four-day working record and a decision to revise one instruction before building the remaining workbook.

2. Days 1–4: find the job and test the scope

Day 2 — Gather evidence and alternatives. Add observations from at least three types of source and inspect existing solutions fairly. Write what each alternative does well. Select the one uncertainty most likely to change the product: a repeated problem, format fit, ability to use it, or willingness to pay.

THE HUSTLER’S ACADEMY / FIELDWORK SERIES

Before you buy.

Who is this for?

Independent creators who can make a useful resource and want one organized workflow for research, production, launch, and improvement.

A configured online store, installed automation, customers supplied for you, or guaranteed sales.

Why pay when the sprint is free?

The free sprint helps you choose one customer, problem and first test. The paid validation kit adds a reusable Excel evidence and pricing workflow and an editable offer brief. The copy kit adds editable landing-page, product-description and email drafts. The launch system includes both kits plus a 14-day guide and Excel launch planner.

Does the US$49 system include the smaller kits?

Yes: both US$19 and US$29 kits plus the additional launch guide and planner. It is not advertised as a discount. If you already own a smaller kit, some contents overlap; contact us before buying the full system. No automatic upgrade credit is promised.

Will this guarantee sales?

No. Demand, your expertise, execution and audience affect outcomes. The tools help produce drafts and test decisions; they do not guarantee income.

How do downloads and recovery work?

Enter your purchase email, then pay securely with PayPal. After payment verification, download your ZIP and purchase record on this site. We also send a private, single-claim access link to your purchase email. Links expire; download and keep your files. If you lose access, use Recover downloads to receive a new private link at the same purchase email. No account or password is required. Check spam if an email is missing. Older purchases without an email or an incorrect address need verified purchase support.

What is the refund policy?

Because files can be kept after delivery, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital delivery begins where the law allows this. This does not remove mandatory cancellation rights, remedies for a defective or materially misdescribed product, or help for duplicate charges and failed delivery. Read the full policy and preview before paying.

Can I use completed work for clients?

Yes. Use and adapt the resources in your own business, including original customer-facing copy and completed documents for clients or collaborators. Do not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute the original Academy files or substantially unchanged templates. No resale rights are included.
